So I guess some hairy chested female fighters got into the ring and now one of ‘em is dead.

I am toying with the idea that watching female combat sport (beyond exhibition mud wrestling, maybe) is demeaning and degenerate. What kind of sick society puts to women in the ring and is entertained by watching them fight? They are not built to do this. They cannot deliver the punishment or take it.
