Found one (w/matching stock/holster) for $2500.00 in an obscure gun shop in Northern Florida... seems that they take a lot of 'consingment weapons' from deceased Vets famblies who don't want/don't know what to do with the 'bring back weapons'... OMFG I soooooo wanted to slap the plastic down but Wifey nixed it... same shop had a BAR that someone's Granpa brought back, and the shop had gotten 'made legal'... not for sale but in Grade A mint shape... maaaaan kills me to see stuff like that....
“I’m free! I’m free! I’m Winston bloody Churchill, and I’m free!” he shouts in the film, just as he crosses the border to safety —

ReplyDeleteThe smie-auto in Big Jake was not the broomhandle mauser; it had a magazine in the grip, not out front.
