We are a clever species, not an intelligent one. Thus a nuclear World War III was not a question of if but when. It's looking more and more likely that when is soon, very very soon. As for Russia....if they were going to win this mess they would have done so within the first month. The best they can now hope for conventionally is a stalemate. Ukraine cannot win...but neither can Russia. This frustrating situation will tempt the unreasonable to escalate to canned sunshine. Once that Pandora's box is opened it's over...for all of us.
