ReplyDeleteThere is another "horror" movie out there that is almost as much fun to watch if not more. It is called "Dead Alive". There is some yuck factor with it, though.
ReplyDeleteThe entire trilogy is trash - and that's why it's so much fun. Army of Darkness is the king of one liners.
ReplyDeleteYep. I enjoyed the trash horror too. There are so few films going like that now... they're fun, they don't take themselves too seriously and yet they're still entertaining...

Ash vs Evil Dead is a pretty entertaining series that goes along with this and the evil dead movies.

ReplyDeleteNot really intended to be horror. Bruce Campbell is more into satire and dark comedy. This was one of his best performances. A cult classic now

ReplyDeleteI laughed like an idiot during the whole movie. "This is my....BOOMSTICK!" Crowd recoils and gasps. "Give me some sugar baby." Oh man..... what a great movie.
