This morning I officially hit the half way point of my weight loss goals. Down 30 lbs. It has been a tough slog but I did it!!! To celebrate I toasted a loaf of bread and soft boiled a dozen eggs and ate until I passed out!
The next 30 pounds are going to be a bear. We are talking exercise, fasting and even more stringent diet control. When I recover from my Texas sized breakfast pig out - it's back at it again.
