Tried being a Scout Leader when my boys were in Scouts. Found myself babysitting a bunch of Ritalin addicted fatherless boys with "Karens" for mothers in a corrupt Scout council that was using the Scout camps for personal deer hunting for the insiders. I wonder if some organization is going to come into being to replace the Boy Scouts.
Yes! Started in Boy Scouts in '50---Troop 1; Athens, Greece. About 60 or 70 boys. Last was Troop 15; San Diego---made Eagle. BSA will return when the queers, fags, allied shitheads are kicked out. American boys of any color, race, etc. who will be taught American ways. No girls.
I was a Tiger Cubs leader when my kids were young in the early 80's. Most of the time it was just me baby sitting them. I'd never allow my kids in the perv scouts now. Best solution would probably be small local groups of dads and sons, doing "scout" things, not associated with any larger group.
My son got his Eagle in a fairly active scout troop (no girls, about 15 kids from a town of less than 1000) but if I had it to do over again I'd put him in something like this: https://www.traillifeusa.com/ It's a Christian-based organization that does what the Scouts used to do when I was a kid. We went on overnights every month (even if it was in the church fellowship hall due to below-zero weather)took regular hike and canoe trips and had a 10 day summer camp; not the 6 days 5 nights most of them have now. I despair when I see an organization that I was once proud to be a member of decline in such a horrific manner.
