It's a thing, apparently.
Okay, that thing is not a response to the currently popular 300 Blackout. I understand that the Soviets have the 9x39 round for that...? If I remember my trivia, those things are like hen's teeth and are seldom seen in the wild. Now this thing...? I wonder what they are hoping to achieve with that...? I don't think that thing even has a rear sight on it...
Hmppffffff! I need to do some googling and fact checking. If any of you have any facts or info, feel free to drop 'em off in the comments...
It could be a replacement for the CZ-61...ReplyDelete
I don't think the Ruskies ever made an AK in 7.62x25. More than likely your diaper headed cultural enrichment friends from the Khyber pass.ReplyDelete
there is a Krinkov that shoots that round. And boy is that round hot.ReplyDelete
Krink was my first thought, too.ReplyDelete
Notice the blue dress the dude is wearing. Also notice the third notch so it is full auto. I had to blow up the picture to see it but half way between safe (lever up)and semi auto (lever down) you can see the dimple. Home built paki trash made from the left overs from their trash knives. Best be very close to your target and hope it does not blow up in your hands. I have seen pictures of full auto AKs made with smooth bores. Not a trace of rifling. Their quality control is somewhat.........lacking.ReplyDelete
Magazine is too big for it to be the Tokarev round. Probably a Krinkov or similar.ReplyDelete
OK what gives?? Twice I have posted a link with information on that thing and I know it posted cause I got a copy in my email. But Now its not here. WTF???? Am I suddenly on your shit list for some reason?ReplyDelete
Yes you are on my shit list, Mike - along with Pete, Quartermain, Jack and WL... but I did not delete it.Delete
I will only delete double comments. Can ya give it a go again...?
Check your Blogger Spambox... I am guessing they might be there.Delete
OK I posted it again... third time now.... and just like twice before I received an email with a copy. I have the evidence. And now its not here..... WTF???ReplyDelete
Its a link to "thefirearmsblog" I found by goggling AK in 7.62x25.... shows that same photo showing and sez it is Karachi Pakistan.
Is goggle blogger suddenly deleting posts with links to TFB?
Thanks Mike... I have no idea what's going on. I can comment on my own blog with the main computer downstairs, and sometimes by iPad. Every post from Texson doubles up and I usually delete one of those because they are only repeats. I personally suspect incompetence in goggle blogger before any censorship but who knows? I have been flying under their radar for years because I am too small for them to notice. If I had an audience like Irish or Wirecutter I'd have been kicked off and shut down years ago....Delete
I appreciate you stopping by to leave a comment and would never delete your stuff.
Yea its really weird. My comments without a link in them are getting through and staying up. But the ones that include a link appear to be posted, momentarily at least as I get a copy in my email, but then disappear. I am guessing they are getting kicked into your Blogger Spam Folder cause of the link. You might check your Blogger Dashboard and see if they are there.Delete
