I liKe the sunshine and green and that small fridge would be just perfect for an older couple. This is a serious woman’s space. I better get out before I’m noticed.

That is a nice space saver design. It appear the freezer compartment is on the bottom. Might be tempting injuries for us 'seasoned citizens' to be bent down like that.
