Well I hope your Sunday is shaping up sunny, fellas. I trust you have meat for the grill, and some adult beverages in the fridge?
Speaking of charcoal - one of my favourite blog visitors was engaging in making home made black powder. Last I heard he was milling the charcoal. That may sound hair-raising to some, but the process is entirely safe if you take proper precautions and safety measures. I have no doubt our man will be producing top notch gun powder eventually. He's one a those guys that just seems to do everything well. We don't have to worry about him having a foolish accident.
King Peter on the other hand, is almost the exact opposite. His wife foolishly gave him permission to build a smokehouse a couple years back... and it burned down on his last days off - and 20 lbs of bear sausage was lost in the process. It seems he tried to automate the smoking process - with a propane tiger torch. I wish I coulda been there to laugh and make rude jokes! It was all due to stupidity and negligence.
