When I was shooting for qualification as a young 2dLt., we had coaches from the Marine Corps shooting team. One of them told me that women often shoot better than men because they listen and follow the coaches direction - too many men think they know better and don't listen.
In my ROTC basic camp class the chicks shot better than everyone but the Red neck Deer Hunters from the South and the rust belt. Probably because yes they paid attention.
Geena Davis looked pretty good in her attempt to go to the Olympics as an archer. She didn't quite make it.
Oh shoot - there are kids out there that will outshoot all but the dedicated competitors. All shooting is, is concentration... and the ladies tend to be able to focus on rote and rule better than men on average.
