    I think you are right, I can just make out the triggerguard - lever mechanism. Brass frame also suggests Volcanic design. I'd bet the user gets his forearm bruised by incidental contact with the butt on a daily basis.

      I believe that is the case. The person has to grasp the receiver and/or barrel while opposite hand operates the lever. Seems very inconvenient to me, but what do I know any way ...
