I think you're right about the model but maybe not the calibre? The K31 is a more modern variant that probably wasn't around at the time when that pic was taken. But... I think those older guns were a slightly different calibre. The reason I think so is because one of the local mulsurp dealers had a hoard of them but they hardly sold - and making brass for them was pretty much the only way to get ammo for them...?
Is that one of those Swiss rifles? Or a indoor parlor gun?

DeleteSwiss K11. The more modern gun is the K31. Ammo is available, Privi Partizan makes it, and the brass is reloadable.
